RETURNS & REFUNDS

At Muy Fun, we create and curate one-of-a-kind jewelry, accessories, and vintage fashion with love, care, and a playful touch. Because so many of our pieces are handmade or upcycled, we do not accept exchanges, returns, or refunds.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

We know accidents happen! If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at nataziacraft@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue plus photos of the item and packaging showing the damage

Once we receive your message, we’ll review it and work with you to find the best solution this may include a replacement or alternative resolution. 

Handmade & Vintage Items

Each piece is lovingly handmade, upcycled, or curated, which means:

  • Slight variations in color, texture, or size may occur
  • Vintage items may have small signs of wear
  • No two pieces are identical

These differences aren’t defects, they’re part of what makes your piece unique and special.

Partial Refunds or Exceptions

While we don’t normally offer refunds, we may review certain situations on a case-by-case basis if your order arrives damaged or incorrect. Please reach out promptly so we can make it right.

SHIPPING ISSUES

Muy Fun is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages due to carrier issues or incorrect shipping information. Claims for missing packages should be submitted directly to the carrier.

Please Note: Handmade pieces may take a little longer to ship as they are created with care. Processing times are 3–7 business days unless otherwise noted.
